Germán Silva
Germán Silva, a Chilean-born singer-songwriter based in Australia, has built a successful career in the Australian and Latin music scene. He gained international recognition performing at World Youth Day 2008 in Sydney, singing before Pope Benedict and an audience of 500,000, with a global TV reach of 1.5 billion.
Throughout his career, Germán has worked with major artists, including Ricky Martin and Guy Sebastian, and opened for Latin music icon Juan Luis Guerra. He has performed on television, at prestigious festivals, and corporate events.
As a songwriter, Germán has produced music featured on radio and TV worldwide. His 2014 single I’m Gonna Live, co-written with Rudy Pérez and Jon Secada, was recorded in Miami and blends English and Spanish in an uplifting, radio-friendly track.
In 2018, he appeared in a national Chilean TV campaign and was a judge on an Australian TV show aired on Channel 7 - All Together Now. In 2019, he released a single in Chile featuring renowned singer-songwriter Wildo.
Currently, Germán is working on various projects as a performer and continues to develop new music. He plans to release more of his own work in the near future, further expanding his artistic journey.
